Some say Kevin Bogart has a sixth sense about turning risk into opportunity. As a licensed CPA, Kevin uses his number crunching abilities to make sure that each client’s insurance coverage adds up to a smart business strategy for reducing liability and unplanned expenses.
Kevin’s youthful appearance belies the fact that he has been in the insurance industry for more than two decades, having previously worked with CNA Insurance as a large line underwriter of commercial and property and casualty insurance coverages for businesses operating throughout California.
Kevin is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science in business and accounting, later continuing his education with graduate school courses at the Peter F. Drucker Graduate School of Business Management at Claremont Colleges.

Scott thrives on sharing his expertise not only with clients but also with a growing team of brokers. He is responsible for information technology decisions and improving client service through industry innovations that clients enjoy.
As a licensed CPA, Scott began his career as an auditor at KPMG Peat Marwick, later taking on a financial management role at Orange County’s most venerable land developer, The Irvine Company. Four years after joining the real estate innovator, Scott began to realize that something was missing for him – the opportunity to work with a wider variety of clients in a consulting capacity.
Scott is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a degree in accounting.

With over forty years in the risk management and insurance industry, Norm Hainlen offers a wealth of experience to clients, while enlisting a consultative approach to assist them in implementing cost management and process improvement strategies.
Norm’s passion is alternative funding techniques. Whether high deductibles, self-insurance, groups, captives, or other creative programs, he presents plans designed to offer clients more than just traditional guaranteed cost insurance placements.
As a consultant, he has provided valued services to many leading companies, including Universal Protection Service, Wells Fargo Bank, Northrup, Hughes Aircraft Co., Ralph’s Grocery Company, and others.
Having extensive experience with larger risk management-oriented clients, Mr. Hainlen targets clientele seeking to understand and potentially enlist alternative funding approaches supported by financial modeling, forecasting, and actuarial-based accrual analyses. These more sophisticated funding methods then require his experience in implementing effective risk management controls that exceed expectations.
After graduating from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Management, Mr. Hainlen began his career with large insurance carriers, then transitioned to national brokerage firms (Johnson & Higgins, A&A and Marsh), gaining the knowledge and capability to provide valued services to a broad spectrum of clients.
